Your privacy is very important to me. Only Personally Identifiable Information (PII) relevant to the legal solemnisation of your marriage will be collected. This information will be used by me, the Authorised Celebrant, only for those purposes for which it was specifically collected (including but not limited to preparation of legal documents connected with the solemnisation of marriage, and customisation of the marriage ceremony). These purposes will be explained to you in advance. Your PII will be stored under lock and key and/or saved electronically under password protection by the Authorised Celebrant, or housed by a secure database agency whose strict privacy policy ensures that your PII is not passed on to any other party, or used for any purpose other than that for which it was originally collected.You reserve the right to check the accuracy of your PII as retained on the Authorised Celebrant’s records, and to have any necessary amendments made at your request. Your PII will not be passed on to a third party, except with your express permission (for example, to another agreed Authorised Celebrant in the event that I am unable to attend your ceremony), or where required by law (eg. to the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages).

Your feedback will only be used in promotional materials by the Authorised Celebrant with your written consent.
